Football superstar Robert Lewandowski becomes the latest member of the Ambilight TV club

Millions of Philips TV owners already know that Ambilight TV ‘changes everything’ and that opinion now extends to one of FC Barcelona’s first team superstars, who has also had his own chance to enjoy Ambilight’s unique ability to turn regular TV viewing into an immersive viewing experience simply like no other.

The Ambilight logo appears on the men’s first team shirts and is prominently displayed inside the stadium, thus presented to millions of viewers at home.

Ambilight TV gives the impression of a larger, better TV image that extends beyond the physical boundaries of the set, with the TV appearing to be floating rather than fixed on the wall.

The benefit of adding a halo of light has long been established in the movie world but TP Vision’s own research has shown that the added sophistication of Ambilight can extend the enhancement to sport and is particularly successful with football.
