Scope

The International Key Account Manager in B2B direct delivery, Travel Retail, and Loyalty & Incentive management of Philips Audio and Headphone accounts with a regional reach and located in Amsterdam.

Responsibility

Account Management & Growth

  • Manage and develop relationships with key B2B clients, focusing on direct delivery, travel retail, and loyalty programs.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms while driving account profitability and growth.

 

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Implement sales strategies to achieve targets across B2B, travel retail, and loyalty sectors.
  • Identify new business opportunities, expand market presence, and manage the P&L for key accounts.

 

Client Support & Logistics:

  • Coordinate with factories to ensure timely deliveries and address post-sales issues.
  • Work with supply chain teams to optimize delivery processes and stock management.

 

Market Expansion & Development:

  • Research trends and competitors to identify opportunities in travel retail and loyalty programs.
  • Lead product introductions and promotions for increased market penetration.

 

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Analyze sales performance, track progress, and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with key clients to set goals and improve performance.

 

Travel & Relationship Building:

  • Travel across Europe to meet clients, maintain relationships, and attend industry events.

Education And Related Experience
  • BA/BS Degree desired.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience B2B / Travel retail and L&I sales, preferably within the consumer electronics industry.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship management, and market knowledge.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and willingness to travel.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capable of installing, motivating and inspiring a team to obtain/improve the Quality KPI’s.
  • Must be able to prioritize tasks and adapt to change quickly.
  • History of setting and delivering a growth agenda.
  • Interpersonal savvy; an ability to effectively work with and connect with all levels of employees across multiple functions and geographies.
