Scope

The International Key Account Management and European e-commerce lead Philips Sound & Accessories handles accounts with a regional reach and is located in Amsterdam. The IKAM Amazon and European e-commerce lead reports directly into the Sound & Accessories lead in Europe

Responsibility

Account Management & Growth

  • Manage key accounts like Amazon and European e-commerce platforms (e.g., Otto, Bol, Allegro and Fnac) to drive sales growth in the audio, headphones and Accessories
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and product visibility, focusing on premium placements and promotions for flagship products.

Product Listings & Optimization

  • Optimize product listings (descriptions, images, keywords) to enhance search visibility and customer engagement.
  • Ensure high-quality content (e.g., A+ content, videos) for audio, headphones and accessories products on all platforms.

Negotiation & Promotions

  • Negotiate terms, promotions, and pricing to maintain competitiveness and profitability.
  • Plan and implement promotional activities during key sales events like Prime Day and Black Friday.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with product, marketing, and logistics teams to support product launches and campaigns.
  • Align with supply chain teams for on-time product availability and deliveries.

Market Analysis & Competitor Insights

  • Conduct market research to identify trends in the audio sector and monitor competitor strategies.
  • Use insights to refine product positioning and sales approaches.

Forecasting & Sales Performance

  • Manage sales forecasts and P&L for key accounts, regularly reviewing performance to identify improvement areas.
  • Recommend actions based on sales trends and account performance.

Amazon Advertising & Marketing

  • Lead and optimize Amazon Advertising (sponsored ads, display campaigns) to boost visibility and sales of audio products.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted advertising campaigns.

Customer Feedback & Satisfaction

  • Monitor customer reviews and collaborate with customer service to address any product-related issues. Gather customer insights to inform future product development.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure products comply with regional regulations and manage risks such as counterfeiting or recalls.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Report on key metrics such as sales, ROI, and product return rates, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Stay updated on e-commerce trends and implement best practices to enhance account performance.
Purpose Of The Position

TP Vision, a leading multinational consumer electronics company, is looking for a dynamic and results-driven International Key Account Manager and European E-commerce Lead to join our expanding Philips Sound & Accessories team in Europe. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in driving sales and fostering strategic partnerships with our key European online retail- and distribution partners.

Education And Related Experience
  • BA/BS Degree desired.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Minimum 7 years of working experience e-commerce sales, preferably within CE industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good knowledge of e-commerce parameters to be influenced by distribution and forecast.
  • Capable of installing, motivating and inspiring a team to obtain/improve the Quality KPI’s.
  • Must be able to prioritize tasks and adapt to change quickly.
  • History of setting and delivering a growth agenda.
  • Interpersonal savvy; an ability to effectively work with and connect with all levels of employees across multiple functions and geographies.
