• Is able to explain and translate technical features to internal and external customers
• Is in close contact with Global Product Management and R&D teams.
• Supports marketing and sales
• Support Countries
• Support Team Lead of Product Management on regional product strategy definition and positioning both long and short term.
• Provides technical support to trade marketing

• Monitor and drive product creation to ensure delivery of mid term product plan, define products according to agreed specification and cost.
• Bring to market key selling features, including realization, marketing, business model roll-out and customer buy in.
• Readiness of software and new features at time to market.
• Ensure products meets internal and external criteria.
• Competitor benchmarks.
• Market and technology analyses
• Analyse Customer Support report and improve future products.
• Particpate and own new developments.
• Provide marketing / sales with latest specifications of new products.
• Prepare training material for new product launches.
• Timely and accurately generates produc materials and finalize projects
• Delivering the required solution on time, spec and cost
• Able to defend solution based on thorough analysis and proper documentation
• Continues keeping up to date of new technologies in order to keep Expert level Father of the product and features

• Hands-on role in a flat organization and an open, energetic business growth environment
• Working for a great brand, selling high tech/innovative products

• Bachelor level of education in Marketing/Enginering or has reachd this level through another form of training / experience
• Specifica knowledge of technical and commercial disciplines concerning CE products
• Able to discuss with R&D, press and customers and is experts in this field
• Problem solving
• Project managment
• Can solve both commercial and technical product topics with support
• Is clear in communication to peers
