Scope

Credit Analyst manages and controls the customers’ credit risk of different organization from TVI group across different countries.The goal is to analyse the credit limits and outstanding receivables, in order to minimize the risk for the company.

He*she will be working in close cooperation with the Sales and Collections, in order to optimize credit risks while maximizing sales to customers and to minimize the outstanding receivables.

This role is based within a Shared Service Centrum (SSC), located in Prague.

Responsibility

1. Organizing and executing an effective Risk Management process:

  • Reviewing new & existing customers, according to harmonized scoring rules as described in the Credit Policy
  • Calculate credit limits
  • Regularly evaluating the Credit Risk Categories and Credit Limits
  • Managing credit risk, including analysing and monitoring credit risk
  • Evaluating and releasing blocked orders, secure approvals if necessary
  • Securing the processes for Credit Risk Management
  • Handling legal dunning and insolvencies

2. Reviewing Doubtful Accounts Receivable

3. Communicating with, and managing stakeholders (Collections, Sales, Legal, Customers, Credit Agencies and Credit Insurers/Brokers). It includes participating in meetings, and occasional business travel for customer and country visits, when needed.

4. Maintaining customer Credit Master data in SF and SAP

5. Participating in European finance or Cross-functional projects (long term & short term)

6. Developing new tools to perform financial analysis of current and potential customers, determining credit limits and security instruments for exposure mitigation

7. Other ad hoc activities and tasks

Education And Related Experience
  • Fluency in English
  • Working experience: 3-5 years working in Finance, with some experience in Credit, OR 2 years working in Credit Control/Credit Analyst/credit Risk Management role. If you worked on the side of insurance before, it will be a great advantage!
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Excellent communication and negotiations skills.
  • Customer focus. Ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders and internal customers.
  • Analytical thinking and structured approach
  • Proactivity
  • Ability to work under pressure in an ever-changing environment where deadlines have to be met
  • Ability to recognize and promote automated solutions, suggest and implement improvements

🏄Those will give you an additional advantage:

  • Degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration
  • Experience working with SAP system
  • Knowledge of an additional European language
  • PowerBI
  • SQL
