As the Global Product Manager for Interactive displays you are responsible for defining our products and building our roadmap and strategy. You will agile project manage the internal and external teams and drive the business to contribute to the growth of our revenue in PPDS. You will support colleagues and customers using our products in the field as well as performing fast feedback towards product development & Service.

Together with the Business Development team you are responsible for the product offering during business case reviews, translating market requirements into products and features.

At PPDS we like to offer Solutions other than just hardware, managing the interactive product line means you are dealing with hardware and software requirements, being responsible for the integration of (android mainly) application running on the display’s SoC directly.

For this you will work closely together with the Leadership Team and report directly to our Global product management Director. You will lead our cross-functional teams in executing the product roadmap. While being a hands-on leader who does not shy away from getting your hands dirty is a key component of this role, you must also be able to act as bridge and collaborator to help build an even stronger bond between our business and the development teams.

• Lead and own our product and solutions vision, strategy and development
• Oversee and manage the whole product lifecycle and be responsible for the growth of the product in its market
• Ensure continuous improvement of our products and its market compliance
• Develop and manage product roadmaps working cross-functionally
• Drive innovative ideas and solutions through hands-on leadership and decisive action
• Communicate relevant KPIs and product updates to key stakeholders
• Be data-driven and define quantitative and qualitative metrics to evaluate the success of our features

• A full-time position either based in Ghent (Belgium)
• Being part of the LED team in a true impact position with a lot of autonomy and opportunity to shape the LED business for PPDS in EMEA
• Hands-on role in a flat organization and an open, energetic business growth environment

• Solid background in Digital Signage and interactive displays or a similar B2B products (telecom, IT hardware, Professional TV...)
• At least 7 to 10+ years of experience in a similar role
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in IT, Hardware Development or Engineering
• Experience in leading cross development of hardware and software
• Experience in cloud infrastructure and networks are a big plus
• Knowledge of Android AOSP framework is a plus
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
• Enthusiastic about creating new products
• Self-starter
• Experienced with agile working methodologies such as Scrum
• Strong organizational, collaborative and creative problem-solving skills
