Are you a numbers-savvy professional with a keen eye for detail? Do you enjoy working in a dynamic, international environment? We’re looking for a Controller Contractual Rebates to join our Shared Service Centre (SSC) in Prague!

In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing sales-related accruals across assigned profit centers, working closely with our Business Controller to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

• Reconciliation of GL accounts related to Sales accruals;
• Preparation of monthly reports for Sales accruals;
• Monitoring compliance with IFRS and company procedures;
• Maintenance of master data for Sales-related accruals in SAP;
• Preparation of credit notes for Rebates (calculation for Rebates payment, entering requests, etc.);
• Participation in audit preparations by providing data reports and explanations/documentation for transactions.

✅ Must-have requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field OR 3+ years of working experience in a complex finance role
• Working experience: min. 2 years in a similar role, and/or min. 3-4 years in GP accounting/controlling, working with PnL
• Software proficiency: MS Office, and advanced knowledge of Excel
• Language: Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Good communication skills: Strong communicator, capable of engaging with stakeholders effectively.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical prowess
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous and deadline-driven.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Proactive behaviour and mindset
• Resilience and flexibility
