Scope

Based within the European Shared Service Centre (SSC) in Prague, the Salesforce team deals with various Salesforce.com users support as well as more complex development and architectural tasks for the entire European organisation and potentially beyond. As part of a team, Salesforce Specialist will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of customised solutions for our business. The team supports all internal customers from Europe, and also is receiving tickets from China, USA and Brazil.

Responsibility
  • Providing daily support to users by handling administrative and analytical tasks related to account creation, mass uploads and downloads of credit notes, pricing, customer data, and correcting incomplete or inaccurate request data. Additionally, addressing other operational needs within the Opportunity-to-Order-to-Cash process.
  • Working closely with all business departments - mainly Sales, Finance and Order Fulfilment teams - to assess their automation needs and contribute to continuous process improvements.
  • Assisting in the design and implementation of new features, and maintenance of existing functionalities including automation, scripting, troubleshooting, fine-tuning and reporting
  • Participating in projects involving various stakeholders, in order to introduce new features, promoting overall acceptance, increase usability and know-how of Salesforce
  • Act as an administrator of Salesforce from a development and an architectural point of view
  • Develop user stories/scenarios and to-be process flows to support the design and development of Salesforce solutions for our internal clients
  • Collaborate with developers to test and verify that solutions will meet the business requirements
  • Assist in the design and implementation of new features and change requests including automation, scripting, troubleshooting and fine-tuning

Education And Related Experience

βœ… Must-have requirements:

  • Min 1 year’s work experience in Sales Cloud (both operations and development)
  • Relevant university degree OR finished high-school (maturita exam) with 6+ years of relevant working experience
  • Fluency in English (both verbal and written)
  • Basic knowledge of Force.com (Apex, Visualforce, SOQL), triggers and classes welcome. You do not have to be able to do apex development, however you need to be able to check the code and identify the problem.
  • Demonstrable experience in gathering and analysing user requirements, and delivering solutions to customers
  • Strong customer focus
  • Proactive behaviour in order to resolve problems & queries
  • Capable of managing many different cases at the same time
  • Excellent communication skills, can-do attitude, and positive thinking
  • Structured and analytical approach

🌟Those will give you an additional advantage:

  • Experience working with Community Cloud, ideally having experience with designing it
  • Flow experience is a big advantage
  • Additional language
  • Experience working with Marketing Cloud
  • Experience with CRM analytics
  • Experience with DocuSign
  • Knowledge of HTML
  • XML understanding
  • Having background working in retail and/or manufacturing industry, or/and OtC process
  • Time flexibility - if you can work later shifts and cover USA tickets, it will be a plus.
